I am a senior project management and capital project delivery professional with more than 25 years of experience across energy, mining, refining, infrastructure, utilities, industrial facilities, and municipal capital projects.
My experience spans the full project lifecycle, including project definition, planning, engineering coordination, procurement, contracting, construction, commissioning, commercial management, cost control, change management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout.
I have worked with owners, engineering organizations, contractors, consultants, and vendors in Canada and internationally, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting projects of varying size and complexity.
My approach is practical and delivery-focused: establish clear priorities, maintain accountability, resolve issues early, and adapt the level of structure to the actual needs of the project.
